Sessions at the Pilates Nook
The Pilates Nook offers a schedule of sessions for every level. Each session is informative and focuses on looking after your body and mind with plenty of options for everyone to give that personal feel. We want you to get the very best out of the time you spend with us, which is why our programmes are designed around you and your specific needs. With a whole body approach, our aim is to enhance longevity and quality of life. Session times are 55 minutes to take into account adequate cleaning and ventilation between clients to ensure everyone is safe at all times. If you’d like to learn about your body, be taught and corrected rather than supervised, then this is the place for you.
