
When structuring and designing the Group Classes, exercises are taught with positioning being the utmost importance, followed by sequencing before adding intensity. Small props are utilised to enhance effortless movement patterns.

Adaptations are included with every session , to suit a range of individual requirements, from beginner to advanced. In person classes in small groups of 4 for that extra individual care and attention plus zoom options for those that wish to exercise on line. A brilliant option if you travel for work or just prefer to be in the comfort of your own home. This option heightens your own awareness and skills to listen, learn about your body by feeling the appropriate position to achieve longevity and be pain free. Sessions are booked as a 9 week block.
